"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo. "

"Friendly, helpful staff, quiet location, 5 min walk to train station, comfortable beds, excellent amenities (room offered pajamas, slippers, bottled water, and in addition to shampoo, etc, shaving cream, toothbrushes, bath salts, and more). The relaxation room on the 3rd floor is a quiet space to relax and serves tea & coffee in the late afternoon/evening. There are several vegetarian restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores less than a 5 min walk. Staff helped us locate restaurants, make reservations and when we wanted to dine in, helped us order through Uber Eats."

"Great hotel if flying from Narita. We travelled the day before to Narita from Tokyo and was blown away by the beauty of Narita. The Main Street was full of gorgeous little shops and the Naritasan Temple was outstanding. The hotel was very clean and the transportation offered by the hotel was great"
