Very quiet and peaceful location. Not much to do in the immediate area, but the hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious for a great price. Easy airport access.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and pyjamas were even made available. The FamilyMart in the libby was convenient. Ate at the Garden Restaurant and it is recommended. Enjoyed my time there.

Shuttle transfers to and from the airport every 30 minutes, very friendly and accommodating staff, there’s a combini inside the hotel, which I love, and the coin laundry was a life saver. 😆 Aircon may need a little work since I like it freezing cold because I like heavy blankets. But I heard that the air conditioning is centralised and the temp control inside the room doesn’t really do anything. Overall, I give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10. Also, I would’ve loved it even more if the tennis courts were open so I could get a few hits to start the day but because of covid restrictions, it was still closed. Other amenities were also closed, such as the pool.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel worked with me to receive our JR rail passes after a mix-up prevented them from arriving to our home before we flew to Japan. As a first time traveler to Japan, I really appreciated their help.

Excellent overnight stay. The airport shuttle was convenient & easy to use. The buffet breakfast was above average with an abundance of tasty choices. The staff were excellent to deal. In particular, Sylvain (from France) helped us book limo bus tickets into Tokyo in a most kind & pleasant manner. He is a true asset to this hotel. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel. The room was extremely hot! When I went and asked tye staff about it, I was told that they manage the AC and I couldn't bring it down. I was told to open the window from my room. My kids and I woke up with bites all over his body, I'm pretty sure they were bed bugs . I will never stay in that hotel again!

We booked here because it is close to the airport. Good choice if you have early flight in the morning. Breakfast was good while also having options for kids (like fried chicken & fries) as well. There is a laundry room at basement in case you might need to wash clothes before leaving but it was quite far away from the main elevator - only 100 yens coin accepted but you can exchange it at the reception.
