The rooftop bar was open but no one was there to serve drinks when we arrived and when we ordered morning coffee from room service it took over an hour. Otherwise, great location and an excellent room. Really comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was also really good. "

"My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city. Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!"
