Great location, staff friendly, reasonable price, a little too dark the room but was a good stay. As mentioned in other posts the shower hit water took long time to arrive but not at issue given its summer and a refreshing start was not bad.

The front desk almost always has English speaking staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location and pretty safe. It’s very clean. They also did a big favor to let me shower before boarding a night flight. Thank you!

An immaculate hotel and the best price!

I wasn't sure which hotel to book, so I did some thorough research. At first, I was hesitant because the price was so low, but I can confidently say that this hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and feels very safe. The hotel was clean and immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. My room had a large TV and a fridge, and the air conditioning unit had a remote control, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. The staff was incredibly helpful with touring inquiries every day. Security was also reassuring; you either had to be buzzed in or use your key card to access the building. Despite being the least expensive hotel option, I genuinely believe that even if they charged triple, it would still be worth it!zed in or use your key card to access the building. I enjoyed my at the hotel is close to a lot of places to eat and shop, only downside is the Aircon did not go below 19°c so the room stayed warm throughout the stay but it was the summer

Not for everyone but great location and value.

Selected this property based on location and price for a 2 day stay in Santiago. It’s different, think high school locker room meets steam punk. Bed was king size and supremely comfortable. Refrigerator provided. Some downsides, AC is central and runs all the time and is noisy but kept the room at the desired temperature. Rooms and hallways are DARK, even with all of the lights on. Cement floors not for everyone. Water pressure and temperature was good but a full 3-4 minutes to get hot water and shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Coffee in room is not free. Overall I enjoyed my stay and staff was very helpful.

The hotel room was very spacious but not one staff member spoke English it wasn’t the best experience you would think someone would be able to speak English and they are always on their phone so getting their attention is challenging but the hotel itself was wonderful and great and their a great restaurant next door

It was good, cozy, I loved the sheets and the pillows. Great customer service, the only thing is that the heater does not reach very well the bathroom, it was a bit cold in the bathroom, but the hot shower worked very well. It was very well worth the money.

I stayed at hotel Sommelier Loft for three nights while exploring Santiago. It is situated in a great location and I found it easy walking distance to most attractions in the inner city. The hotel seems quite new, so it is very clean and well organised. My room was a good size and the bathroom was particularly spacious. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The hotel has quite an industrial theme. There is street art style decoration and the pipework is all exposed. I liked the design but there is low level noise that comes from the pipework that is noticeable at night. I thought overall my stay was great and that the hotel was good value.

Really dark. Needs more lights. Something (elevator I think) made a low drone and shake all the time. Could hear water from pipes too. Maid came to clean adjacent room at 4am! You could hear her move thru every room. You could here the elevators loud ding everytime it landed on a floor. I really should wait to see if they return the deposit. And if the return attempt didn't charge me once again. They had cleaning ladies (no English) doing this. Seemed to be having problems. As you can see I got little sleep here. You dont need these hassles. Spend the extra 5 bucks.
