"Greeted by wonderful staff who checked us in on arrival at 9am . Made such a difference. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Food was wonderful and they catered to altering meals for my difficult dietary requirements. Beautiful roof terrace "

"Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though."

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense. "
