"Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks"

"They had a free breakfast...the area it's in was not too safe in the evening. The front desk staff was all right but not particularly friendly. The view was nothing special but at least the place itself felt safe because they kept the front lobby locked to outsiders. They had a vending machine in the lobby, so although water was not free, at least it was available to purchase. They don't store your luggage, so we had to pay an extra $30 to extend our checkout time just so we had a place to keep our luggage till our flight. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was helpful to have. And their safe was large enough to keep our laptop in. And there is also a minimart (Oxxo) a 1 min walk away which was helpful as well."

"they clean the room every day. They cleaned the bathroom. It’s great. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Would be nice if they mix it up instead of having exactly the same things every day. No gym. Not a lot of seating space in the lobby as you wait for the flight after a checkout."

"Liked the hotel and the staff. Easy walk to restaurants and the metro. However, room lacked a comfortable desk, and lobby area is just two chairs. Hotel could use with a desk area in room or in common area. Would consider again in any future visit to Santiago. LuF"

"La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y la atención del personal fue amable en todo momento. Sin embargo, la calle donde se encuentra no nos pareció muy buena y las instalaciones del hotel se ven bastante más antiguas de lo que muestran las fotos. Además, hubo bastante ruido durante el dia y la noche, lo que dificultó nuestro descanso. Entendemos que era nuestra primera vez en la zona y no conocíamos el entorno, pero consideramos importante mencionarlo"
