A very nice small hotel

Hotel is in the heart of historic Santiago. The room was clean but needs a chair. The breakfast is good. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Clean and conveniently located near bars and shops

I was travelling from Australia for a hiking trip so choose to stay in Santiago to get over the jet lag. This hotel was in a great location with plenty of food options and bars close by. Staff were really friendly and helpful and even arranged a packed breakfast for my early check out.

Recommend this hotel

This is acute boutique hotel. Quiet, staff are friendly and restaurants are close by and city attractions also are close by. Cold water on third floor even on second day after electricity went off, hoping that after 48 hours that would not be, but could have off set the settings. Breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice short stay at Boutique Hotel at Lastarria

Business trip, short stay but confortable with help people working at the hotel. Good size of room, all the necessary stuff. Good breaskfast and nice services. I will back!

I stayed in Santiago for about two and a half weeks and stayed at a few places, even a fancy hotel in the higher end area of Las Condes. Yet this place, BHB Hotel, hands down was the best place I stayed at! From the friendly service to the coziness of the atmosphere to the extreme cleanliness of the rooms, this place was superb. The only con is that the front desk/reception isn't 24/7. I went out in the evening with a friend and was ready to go back to my hotel around 11:30 or so and I couldn't get it because I forgot my key. Fortunately I do have friends in Santiago, so I stayed with them. Just make sure if you go out in the evening to take your key with you so you can get back in! But other than that, this is one of the most favorite places I have stayed at during my year of being a nomad. I have stayed at hotels, AirBnbs and guesthouses around the world and this place is definitely memorable in positive ways. If I ever come back to Santiago, this is the place I will stay, no questions asked.

Os 2 quartos que reservei são bem amplos e confortáveis, porém na primeira noite nos deram 1 quarto pequeno e com bastante cheiro de cigarro porque disseram que a categoria que reservei não estava desocupada e que havia ocorrido um erro no sistema. Também não recebi nenhuma compensação por isso, nem mesmo o late checkout solicitado para um quarto. O café da manhã é bom e, caso necessário, preparam na véspera algo para levar aos passeios que saem muito cedo. A localização não nos agradou muito, fica muito próximo ao centro e a região não é das mais bonitas e seguras. Há metro bem perto e muitos restaurantes bons em Lastarria, região próxima. O atendimento de modo geral é bem bom e a maioria dos funcionários é atenciosa e simpática.

O pessoal da recepção é excepcional, lugar super aconchegante, café da manhã simples mas gostoso e acolhedor... A 5 min andando de Santa Lúcia onde tem vários restaurantes maravilhosos... J’ai réservé pour 4 nuits une des 2 chambres du 4eme étage (Avec terrasse) Mon choix s’est porté sur cet hôtel bien situé dans le quartier où je souhaitais résider. Il était pour moi une alternative aux chaînes d’ôter internationaux, mais l’essai n’est pas complètement concluant. Autant le dire tout de suite, la prestation générale est en dessous de mes attentes. L’accueil, la localisations, ainsi que le Pdj sont ok… cependant qualité des matelas, et de nombreux détails laissent à penser que la gestion et l’entretien sont insuffisants. Aussi, le bruit extérieur (Circulation) est assez présent, si on ajoute les bruits intérieurs (Mini-bar, ascenseur) cela en fait un lieu que je pourrais qualifier de bruyant. Le wifi fonctionne, mais rapidité moyenne.
