The service given by all the staff is fantastic.
The hotel I think is about 50 some years old and management continues to preserve that grand hotel ambience.
The bedroom we stayed in was large with a spacious balcony facing the pool ( good sized pool but needs to be modernized). The bedroom was fresh and clean but needs to be updated to continue with the minimalist tropical zen like ambience. The bathrooms are well taken cared of by housekeeping but definitely needs a facelift from the original 1950s construction.
Waterfront Insular Hotel - is a lovely resort hotel that needs just a little tweaking ( an infusion of money though) to elevate it to a 5 star status. "
