"I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner that a new bottle opener is needed because it is rusty. I took photo while they were asleep. I want to attach the photo so you will see. And another thing, the address was not very specific . We were looking for the building. We rang the contact number, just to be informed about the Arrezo place. The guard is not aware and we had a long wait. The unit is for a couple if one seeks for fair accommodation. I have given an honest feedback so other seniors like us will not experience what we had."

"Dusit Thani is a modern brand of comfort and luxury; I have stayed in their hotel in Makati, and they did not fail to deliver high quality service and hotel amenities in their Davao property; deluxe room was spacious, clean and well equipped with room features such as coffee-making machine, big-sized safe box and high-end toilet and bath amenities; we had cocktails in their podium bar, and it was a good and wholesome concoction; I will not hesitate booking this property again in my future visits to Davao."

"The room was clean, bed was nice. The bathroom tile could use a bit more cleaning. Air conditioning worked fine. Breakfast was good and next to the hotel. The adjacent restaurants were quite good actually. Ample parking on both sides of the hotel. Don't expect this to be quite the same as a $200 /night hotel in the USA..... but it's plenty cood enough and a good value for the price."
