Everything was excellent from concierge, reception, bar and restaurant, housekeeping staff did an excellent job too.It would be perfect stay if there was no smell of paint along the hallways and sometimes coming from the AC.

Wasn't able to stay at the Seda Hotel due to renovations still on going. They moved us to a different hotel which Seda staff did a marvelous job. Complimentary pick from airport to hotel to airport. Everything was smooth.

Nice hotel, good location

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The location was excellent. The only drawback was the soundproofing of the rooms. Construction outside started at 7am and I was able to hear clearly the TV from the room next door

Rooms need renovation

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Service is as always excellent but the current state of the hotel rooms needs improvement-renovation. I’ve flagged this to the Receptionists hoping it reaches the GM.

The staff were courteous and helpful! The only downside is the very strong scent in the common areas such as hallways. I was advised it could be coming from the humidifier. This is not good for someone who is allergic to fragrances!

We arrived in Davao from New York on April 3rd…Obviously a bit tired after three flights…but happy to o be received so warmly by the entire staff. The breakfast in the morning is truly amazing…with plenty of food and a variety of choices and again the friendly smiles make you feel at home…The only thing I didn’t like is the lack of a small refrigerator and microwave which in the US is standard. The location is convenient because Abreeza Mall is a few steps away where there’s plenty of food and stores to shop around.

Seda Abreeza has been the best in terms of quality service. From their staff always so curtious, professional and helpful. Their presentation of the breakfast buffet is awesome. Also not leaving out the ideal location. Seda Abreeza Mall, a small walk away. Thank you Front desk too for your amzing contributions. Houskeeping has played a major role in securing our room satisfaction in house needs. Everyone is so well dressed. My stays are always refreshing. So in saying that l say, "Thank You Seda Abreeza for everything!"
