The towels were the worst ever the sink and the shower did not drain. Ran water out into the room. Every time took shower. Had a bad order. AC definitely needed to be cleaned. Made me sick. Stay in there.

I felt safe, the doors in each room has an alarm if you don’t close the door properly. Room was spacious as well as the toilet. Their towels may need to be changed though as they have turned grey from years of washing I think. Convenient also for shopping and eats as it’s a walking distance to SM Mall. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The staff are so nice & with a smile. The housekeeping are courteous. Met a lady doing the housekeeping duties I hope she will be given a permanent position in the hotel. Forgot to ask for her name cause Im in a hurry. I commend her for doing a good job.
