"I booked a Family suit and was given 2 rooms instead bc Family suit is not available The 1 rooms was terrible, mattress is a worn foam that is not even fully covered. Nothing in the room. I have to ask for essentials, and towels. I cannot imagine how they are still using a very old towel like they have."
