实在是不值得。

上当受骗的感觉，前台接待很友善，热情。酒店的房间很小，重点是大部分都是没有窗户的，床超级小的，进了房间，里面没有浴巾，拖鞋等。房间还不是很干净，不知道怎么回事。早餐就是一盘，对不起这个价格。附近吃饭还是比较方便， 但是停车场就很小。浴室小，洗澡了就水喷了到处都是。

Everything is great , this is my second year but they really need to improve their internet. Too weak, charge few dollers more from everyone and give them the best internet.

Awesome

Excellent stay, location is perfect, room is amazing, the bed and pillows are so comfortable and the room is spotless. The only issue, the internet was not working in one room so I transferred to another. It is the Philippines, the internet connections everywhere are horrible.

Box room

Stay was not so good as I was expecting a room with at least a window considering it was an executive twin room. Instead of was placed in a "box". The wall on 1 side was leaking with water flowing under the desk area. Had I been given a room with a window, like the room across my room (had a chance to use that room briefly as I could not use my room for a video conference) my review would have been better than above.

Better location desired

My stay at the Sumo Asia hotel was for one night. Location was ok in respect to going to SM Lanang mall, but left alot to be desired for what can be considered a safe location. Staff were friendly and inviting and attentive to my needs, especially when I asked that they honored the true reservation of a queen bed not two single beds in a room. Decent stay, but may not stay there again.

Small regular hotel, clean and simple

Well the hotel was ok, you kinda get what you pay for. Room was cheap, but pretty small. During the time we stayed there was no hot water for showering, we didnt see any heater in the shower area so we are not sure if there should be hot water (maybe its centralized?). Anyway, the area near the hotel has some eating places, and its a 15min walk to SM Lanang. Nothing spectacular about the hotel, breakfast was served in their restaurant on the upper floor. Food was ok, the drinks were all powdered though so we opted to just drink water instead.

3 of us got to stay here for overnight. Security is good, 7/11 as the cornerstore. Nice view from 3rd floor comfy beds. Staff were ok.

Great stay at Sumo Asia Hotel

My stay at Sumo Asia Hotel was great! This is a very nice and clean hotel on a budget and you really get value for your money. Hope the cafeteria offering will improve though, but overall, this is a very good hotel at the heart of Davao.

Good Location & Clean

Stayed in this new and quaint hotel for 4 nights. It is well located, close to a variety of eateries including Japanese restaurants, shopping places at Damosa, SM and Robinsons, and accessible to public transport along JP Laurel main road. Those who drive, there is ample parking lots. The surrounding is quiet and safe at night. Hotel is very new and smells good. Room is cozy with nice wall colours, though size is average, good for 2 pax. Amenities are basic. The bathroom uses rain shower but occasionally, the water heater seemed to be "switched off". Breakfast is ordered in advance the night before. Taste-wise acceptable although choices were limited (all served with rice) and excluded fruits. Although I pre-ordered bread instead of rice, it was not available the next morning. Several housekeeping staff were under training and one of them forgot to change the towels on the second day. The room walls are not adequately insulated with sound-proof. Staff are very polite and friendly. Overall I have enjoyed my stay.
