"Absolutely first class stay at the Arca - check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. I was given a great room on the 31st floor which was spacious, clean, modern with really nice bathroom and had all the amenities you would expect including fridge and kettle. The infinite pool and seating area on the top floor was awesome, offering stunning views. All the staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful - many thanks for everyone for making it a great stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"I booked a "Study" room which was more expensive than the other rooms. It was advertised with a number of LARGE windows. However someone wrote me and asked if I would be OK to accept a single bed or a standard bed. This was crazy. I expected a bed not for the college kids despite the name of the room. I mentioned it to the check in clerk and he gave me the "STUDY" room which had a king size bed and with many windows, as advertised. What happened and why about the message before I checked in?"

"Clean and well organized room with individual AC (I personally prefer this over central AC), good size pool, good variety and quality of food in the restaurant and in room dining (love that they have late night room service, even if it’s limited options), customer service was quick and thorough, and the location was fantastic for quick walking access to soho/LKF/Central, and several bus stops right outside. Only minor negatives were that my bathroom sink tap water temperature was erratic, and the gym did not have any weights, just cardio machines. Other than that, very happy with the price and value for money, and will absolutely stay here again."

"We had a very pleasant stay and were given an older style room which we prefer. The decor is preferable to us as it is brighter and there is more cupboard space. The new decor is quite gloomy. It is our 8th stay in the hotel."

"Hotel overlooks the park. Guests have access to gym n pleasant walks or runs around the park. Public transport is affordable to anywhere on the island as to the offshore places. "
