Room small & basic, but clean & comfortable at great rates. A/C blasting away, working great šŸ˜ƒ! Less than 3kms from NAIA Terminal 1, perfect for an overnight layover. Lots of eateries nearby, you can safely walk to the new Ayala Malls Manila Bay, DreamPlay/City of Dreams, new Parqal Mall. Close to MOA too! Staff very helpful especially the 2 guys at the main entrance.

Room was super clean along with the bedding. No real issues except I hoped the restaurant was open. I found out it was closed down for renovations for an extended period. However restaurants are within easy walking distance. I made do with Jollibee šŸ˜Š

Absolutely the worst budget hotel. There are so many guests staying where so many people talk so loud in the hallway which you can hear the noise every time. Other guests door close, you can hear the loud close, kids beside our room and also top of our room stomping which was so annoying. The washroom soap dispenser is broken which the plastic comes out when you push and hardly any soap comes out. Washroom toilet paper roll metal holder also came out when trying to get toilet paper. The electric box at the door make a nonstop 24/7 electric buzz non stop which affected my sleep. I donā€™t know why I keep giving this place a chance when there are clearly other better budget hotel nearby.
