The shower drain was going down very slow that water overflowed while using. There was a charge to store luggages which is ridiculous. The other hotels I stayed in do not charge at all.

I don't know if they are short staffed but the housekeeping didn't clean our room. (They said the housekeeping left already). One of our room AC is leaking. They only give one key card each room.
