Very nice ambiance at hotel lobby, pool and restaurants. Rooms overall clean and good. Big difference was the bed and beddings. They were OK but not of the same quaility that you find at other Peninsula locations. Service was good and friendly, howeve, not prompt and efficient.

This is a five star hotel from staff to room to cleanliness. It’s expected for such an expensive hotel but I’m glad they still came through the expectations. I didn’t like the smell of smoke in the lobby but I guess casinos cater to smokers. Overall, I loved it.
