"I always enjoy coming to the quest hotel. I stayed here three times in the last several months. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are clean for facilities on average are good. I like the fact that they actually have good hot water in the shower. Plenty towels. The swimming pool is very good with the bar in the middle great place to spend several hours. My only complaint is the food in the dining room. "

Raymond, Noel, Janice, Rochelle, Gabriel & Giovanni were the kindest most polite attentive members of staff i have ever encountered during my travels. The smiles and conversation were above and beyond. there are also some others at the front desk and spa that i can't remember the names of that did a stellar job. If i had one off note i would have loved to see Ibeza in all its glory sana all it returns. walking distance to so many places and the breakfast and food was amazing! "

"JPark was an absolutely amazing place to stay and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and over all incredible. The property is great and very family friendly. The multiple pools and huge variety of children’s activities made it a great family vacation. But I really can’t say enough about the staff. The people really made it special for us and always made sure our kids (4 and 6 years old) had a great time. Really above and beyond. As is typical for resorts, the property is an island of luxury amidst the bustle of a city, but it was easy to get around as needed. By far the most family friendly vacation we’ve been on, catering to the kids and parents alike. "
