Been coming here since just after it opened. It needs an upgrade badly. Has no dining apart from breakfast. Used to be a cafè on the ground floor but not anymore. Probably won't be returning. The staff were very friendly as usual. Even one of the receptionists recognised us and has been there since the beginning.

I liked that the hotel was only about 3 blocks from SM Cebu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a 7-11 right in the building. Room was very comfy.

My rate from 2. December 2024 was wrong and sent by a mistake. Now, I'm back again to this hotel because I was satisfied with the conditions here last time. Hotel has good location, friendly and service minded staff, clean rooms. No luxory, but a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. Breakfast is good.

The staff are friendly, smiling and courteous however, the room they assigned me was not cleaned properly even the head board is dusty and dirty. I have to clean it using the wipes I brought with me on the trip. Then the pillow is not comfy at all. The electric outlet is broken. Good thing when I approached the desk, they immediately insisted to have me transferred to a different room which i think is higher than I paid for. I had rested well during my stay. And I'm sure those minor concerns can still be improved. Thank you.

This place was terrible!!!! Went into our room and there was blood on the bed sheets, hair, and obvious mysterious stains on sheets. Bathroom was gross with no soap or towels. Went to the front desk and they didn’t help at all. Was about to book a different room at another venue because it was so gross! Do not book here!!! I will post pictures

Comfortable and Still a Work In Progress

As of this writing, this hotel is still on its soft opening so expect some dust and a few noises around the property. It's one of the few budget hotels near to SM City Cebu and is located in the heart of the local community that includes a nearby police station, barangay hall, church and public school. The 7-Eleven located at the ground floor is your one-stop lifesaver but take note that they don't sell any alcoholic drinks due to a city zoning ordinance. The in-house restaurant, as what I've been told, will be moving to a new and more spacious location within the building once the rest of the floors are done and fully furnished. I stayed in a room with a generous overlooking view of the nearby intersection. Staff were very helpful and congenial. I would love to stay again at this hotel once it is fully-operational. P.S. If your room is facing the nearby church, then be prepared to be roused by bell tolls early in the morning.

Unprofessional

The hotel failed to advertise or wven advise me BEFORE my arrival that there was no electricity, elevator, breakfast, wifi or internet. i never recieved any notice. no email, call or text. It was only when i arrived qnd was offered a refund if i didnt want to stay. Note to manager: Notify guests BEFORE BOOKING AND PAYMENT, OR AT LEAST GIVE THEM THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL. not just wait until they arrive to inform them. no aircon or electricity for most of the day. at least you should have offered a partial refund. INSTEAD ibwas charged full price. The staff was doing the best they could. Its the managers fault. Ive stayed there before with good experience. But this is likely my last stay due to poor service.
