A fabulous location in downtown London near all the tourist spots. Tiny flat, but comfortable with a great price. Brick Lane is a trendy neighbourhood which is safe day and night. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Affordable London with a very comfortable mattress, what could be better?

The Hub at Spitalfields was absolutely fantastic! It was so comfortable, quiet, clean, ideally situated, close to the underground and within walking distance of the Spitalfields Market and Bishopsgate. The rooms are small but modern and lovely. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms have rainfall showers. The Hub has become my go-to for UK travel!

The rooms are small but plenty for 1 person. Veda are comfortable. Location was great. Staff was always friendly and nice. Elevator had some problems but that was easily fixed by taking the stairs and resolved later in the day.

The biggest asset to the hotel appears to be the staff - everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room itself is neat and compact as is typical of this brand, but the fittings were starting to show their age - the curtain was partly broken, the bathroom mirror starting to peel, sink plug didn't look right, etc - but all minor issues in the grand scheme of things. Overall, a great value stay so no complaints. I would happily return if the rates remained reasonable.

Hotel was clean. Felt safe. Great price. Headboard controls for HVAC were a little wonky but worked ok. Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Bath towels were heavy quality and full size. Super convenient for Elizabeth Line. Convenient to get to Heathrow. Tons of nearby shopping and great restaurants. Staff was friendly and coffee was good. Would definitely recommend and I plan to stay here again.

The room was clean and as expected, quite small since it is a hub. The staff was very kind and helpful. My problem was that because the room was so small and humid as well as having no window that would open, the air conditioning unit kept the room too moist. Water from the bottom of the AC unit dripped continuously. I had to keep the trash bin and cups underneath it to catch the water that poured out...the cups overflowed during the night. It was a very hot couple of days in London so full-on AC was necessary. Everything, including me, stayed damp the whole time. I don't think this was a problem specific to my room but a design flaw for these small, closed-up rooms with individual heating/cooling units. Breakfast was a basic continental style. Location is pretty good to conveniently reach Liverpool Street Station.

The room was small but brilliantly appointed and immaculate! The bathroom has a rainfall shower that is wonderful after a full day out in London! The continental breakfast was perfect with croissants, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt, and granola. Even more wonderful? The water, hot coffee and tea are available 24 hrs. They also allow you to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check in time and also if your airport/train departure is later than the check out time. The location cannot be beat. The Hub in Spitalfields is about a 5 min walk from Spitalfields Market and 5 to 10 minute walk to the underground. Also many of attractions are within walking distance as well! But the best part was the staff! The staff at the Hub, especially Lavinia at the front desk, were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure your stay is at the Hub is wonderful The Hub has become ny London got-to!
