As a female solo traveler coming from Australia l felt extremely safe and comfortable in this place,wonderful comfortable bed and great room ,the complimentary coffee machine was a godsend and the breakfast was fantastic- highly recommend will stay there again

Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good start to the day. The room was comfortable, though there were a few downsides: only one chair in a double room, very limited storage, and a tiny clothes rack tucked into a narrow space that barely fits a jacket. A couple of improvements would make the stay more pleasant.

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.

The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station. The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.

歐洲最差的酒店，住了2個晚上。 房間很小枱，很難放東西。地毯老舊，酒店早餐貴，但食物選擇小。 地鐵站搬行李不方便，因為沒升降機。 總結：職員態度差，房間浴室門壞了，說好換，但職員一個推一個，最後沒有換。 第一天浴室房門不能關上，職員沒有上來協助，只送了明天2份早餐劵給我們，由於當日房滿了，前枱說明天早上再安排換房。 第2天早上，2位職員說我們不用搬行李，晚上回來時行李會安排好在新房間。 但第2天晚上，男職員說由於房間滿了及有維修職員上房維修了門，所以沒有換房間。但我們回到房間發現門都是很難推開，不覺得職員有維修。男前枱職員上來都覺得不容易開。他又說送早餐，但我們拒絕。要求見經理。他說明天早上我們一定看到經理，晚上沒有經理。 第3天早上，最惡劣的肥胖前枱女職員，態度最惡劣，不給我們見經理，對此事沒有道歉，還說沒有職員說我們可以換房，真的十分生氣。所以我們回房了 過了30分鐘 ，check out時，經理出現，有和我們道歉。但覺得其他普通職員完全不知在做什麼，服務態度差，安排差，如果一早沒有房間，不應說可以換。 絕對不會再住此酒店，惡劣的體驗

Unterkunft sehr gut ,zimmer für eine person nicht zu groß ,modern ausgestatet natürlich das nötigste gestört hat mich ausgelegte tepich der wird nach einige zeit dreckich ruchig, Englisches frühstick inkl.Tagsüber Caffe ind Tee ganzen tag inkl.Gute anbindung zu Bus 74 und 430 und Tube. Personal top.

The room was warm and cozy also updated in the latest technologies. I didnt have to get up to switch up lights or charge my phone. I could dim the light as i fit or change to reading light. I dont have to put do not disturb sign , i only have to press a button. The only down side is that they have no ice machine on the floors. I had to go get it at the reception downstairs, also there are no fridge , so my food could not be stored. I had to throw it out. But i will stay again ...staff were welcoming.
