Na een tussenstop in Windsor opnieuw naar dit hotel geweest, ditmaal een kleinere en (nog) oudere kamer. Kinderbed was vergeten, snel opgelost en ook de handdoeken waren vergeten maar ook dit was weer snel opgelost. De locatie is prima, het personeel is heel vriendelijk, restaurant is goed maar de kamers zijn echt overpriced tot de renovatie achter de rug is.

Wonderful stay and the staff was very accommodating when requesting a new room due to the sofa bed being unacceptable due to the springs being felt and with no support. I think the hotel needs to replace the bad ones ASAP as it is unacceptable for a 3rd person to have to sleep on very thin, unsupported spring mattress. Especially since we book for a weeks stay. But like I said, the staff was very accommodating meeting our request to switch rooms. Breakfast was good.

The entire staff was so kind and we would definitely stay again if we came to London! This hotel was by far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. They were doing construction on the floor above mine and I had no control over the heat The heat was so intense I found it difficult to sleep. Also the water was shut off the second day I was there because of the work. It was horribly overpriced and I was so glad to check out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was building work going on, it was not too intrusive. The hotel location is excellent and we will definitely be staying there again.
