"Check in was very easy and automated on site. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a Lawson's in the hotel as we did not have the breakfast included option. Appreciated the self service laundry machines. Room was fine, we were three adults in 3 beds and had some space, beds just okay. Loved this location, lots of train options and tons of dining and shopping right outside our door. Would stay here again for location."
"This is the best hotel ever stayed, for family of 5 (6,12 & 15 years old) staff is super nice and welcome. Drug store, foods, 7/11, Starbucks, & family mart just down stair. Train station is close by, Tokyo dome just 5-8 min walk. Highly recommended. "
"The onsen on the 14th floor is so great with beautiful views. Wish I had gone there last year when we stayed there. Would stay again at &Here Ueno because we love the staff and area so much. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Upper floors with park view are the only way to go."
"Property was located just steps from train lines. Centrally located with excellent food options on streets and vendor shopping. Bathrooms were smaller than expected but normal for Tokyo area. "
"The staff is very helpful and can speak English well. The hotel price is reasonable and the room is clean. It is just a block away from Ueno most busy areas. "
