"This is an apartment hotel and best suited for longer stays. The rooms are well stocked with a decent size kitchen and in-suite laundry unit. It's clean and reasonably priced. The neighbourhood is very close to many train lines. But the best thing about Section L is the staff. Very friendly and very helpful! "

"Great location.
The family triple room is much smaller than the photo. No room to open suitcases or stand up without the others sitting on the beds. Quite high step up to the bathroom, which is also tiny, expecting banging your head when you get up from the toilet. "

"After 3 weeks in Japan, it was really nice to get an oat milk latte and a delicious western style breakfast downstairs. Also really liked the view of the sky view tower from the 15th floor terrace which is free for guests to use. Staying here is 1 stop or a $7 cab ride from the nippori station which is what you use to take the Narita Express train to the airport. "

"The staff are very welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant. There's a Life supermarket right next to the hotel, this is super convenient for tourists who need to buy groceries often. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, especially love the view of the Skytree there and the cozy environment. Self-checkout process went through smoothly too. The hotel lobby looks artistic and the bedroom is very spacious. A minor suggestion would be the bathtub height, it's a little too high for elderly, even for young adults. We have to be very careful when stepping in and out from the bathtub. Overall it's a great choice amid Tokyo region. "
"The room at the Hotel Niwa was clean and beautifullly decorated in a manor that catered to traditional Japanese style and simplicity with western comforts also in mind.
This was exactly what we had been looking for in a Japanese stay during our holiday. The staff were very helpful and we were delighted to learn about the manager's production of delicious local honey in the hotel. The gardens and internal courtyard were an authentic and restful touch that we could experience from the restaurant."
"I enjoy staying at this accommodation. The only downside they don't have a iron for clothes. But, it is fine. Luckily, I brought a small travel iron along. "
"Location was very convenient. Keisei Ueno station, Ueno station, and Okachimachi station were all within walking distance of less than 10min. Having direct access to Narita airport via skyliner means you do not have to lug ur luggage around when changing lines in the metro (metro transfers in japan are known to be long and mostly staircases). Plenty of dining options nearby near Ameyoko shopping street. If not, there’s a 7-11 and family mart within 100m for a quick fix. No issues at all with the room, clean and quiet as expected. "
