At check-in, Front Desk staff will help you to self check-in using your passport(s) and making your own room key(s). Hotel has free WIFI. We stayed in a room with 4 beds and it was very spacious and clean. 4 beds, 2 sinks, 2 hair dryers, a separate toilet area, bath tub, shower, big closet space, plenty of hangers, mini fridge with complimentary bottles of mineral water, plenty of USB outlets and plugs, a TV with streaming options, and a monitor screen. Room service is every 2 days. The location is walkable to many good restaurants, shopping areas, and sites. Taxi are easy to be located outside the hotel. At check-out you can self check out from the TV in your room and just drop the keys off at the front desk. We would recommend this hotel and would return to stay here again if we visit Kyoto in the future."

"Fabulous hotel with a wonderful onsen and the best part is the extremely helpful concierge staff! I had questions before we arrived and they emailed with me many times back and forth to give me a lot of helpful information- it really took the stress out of some of our planning before arrival, especially since we were there over the New Year holiday (so many places were closed ). They made some wonderful restaurant recommendations and set up the reservations for us. We also really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. Great location, too. Our room had many amenities and a drawer full of items in case you forgot anything. I felt the room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kyoto. "Great location near Main Street but set back enough to be quiet. Room was very quiet. Super comfortable beds. Nice deep bathtub. Breakfast was fantastic- so much variety. To name just a few: miso soup, salmon, yogurt, eggs, pastries, fried rice, plain rice, make your own noodle soup, cereal, pickled cabbage, natto, bread. Only complaint was coffee wasn’t the best, and would have liked brewed tea instead of tea bags."
