My son and I had a lovely stay. We stayed for 1 night and I wish he had stayed for more. The owners were so hospitable and nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very pretty. The private rock garden at entrance is a very nice touch. When we got back from dinner, the owner had drawn up a nice warm bath in the private bath house. We relaxed the busy day away and he presented us with a refreshing dessert. We opted for the traditional Japanese breakfast and it was a beautiful presentation and tasted great. Included rice, miso soup, tea, grilled fish, and tempura. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

Stay here for a wonderful Kyoto experience!

This ryokan was the best part of our trip to Japan! Would stay there again. Delicious breakfast and lovely hosts.

일본의 다다미방을 경험 할 수 있는 좋은 숙소였습니다! 사장님께서도 너무 친절하시고 서비스도 좋고, 조식도 매우 맛있게 먹었어요♡ 체크인하러 가는 돌계단 길이 또 너무 예뻐서 계속 자꾸 생각나게 하는 숙소였답니다^^

初め宿泊人数が定まっていなかったので5名まで可能で清水寺に近いこちらに決めました。結局夫婦二人になりましたが、コロナのせいもあり私たちだけで民家１棟貸しのようになり、親戚の家に遊びに行ったように寛げました。 炉も切ってあり、着いたらお茶室でお抹茶を頂きました。朝食が今まで頂いたどこよりも美味しく、朝食だけ食べにまた寄りたいくらいです。 難を言えば、全体的に古い建物なので、襖の開け閉めが 引っかかって難しかったのと、地下に浴場があるのに 二人だったからか使わせてもらえず、知らずに２階の ユニットバスを使いましたが、バス用イスもなく立って シャワーだったので湯船に使ったお湯が入らないように 大変でした。脱衣所にも脱いだものを入れる籠がなくヒーターの上に置いたりしました。英語での注意書きもあったのでコロナでなければ外国からのお客さん用の宿なのかもしれません。 でもオーナーさんはとても親切で良い思い出になりました。次回は子供かお友達夫婦と一緒にワイワイ泊りたいです。グループで貸し切りで泊りたい方にはとても良い宿だと思います。バス停からも近くて便利でした。

야도야 만지로 훌륭해요

체크인시간보다 일찍 도착하였으나 친절하게 맞아주셨고, 서비스도 훌륭했어요. 규모가 작은 료칸이라 조용하고 정원이 그림처럼 아름다운 곳입니다. 체크아웃 후에도 주변 관광지를 천천히 둘러볼 수 있도록 짐도 맡아 주셨어요. 다만, 호텔스닷컴으로 예약할 당시에는 조식포함된 가격으로 안내를 받고 예약하였으나, 사장님은 조식이 주문되어 있지 않았다고 하셔서 1인당 1500엔을 따로 지불하고 아침을 먹었네요. 훌륭한 아침식사였기에 얼굴 붉히지는 않았지만, 호텔스닷컴측의 정확한 호텔정보안내가 아쉽습니다.
