Honestly I was looking forward staying at this hotel before the vacation, however my disappointment came quickly. Receptionists are not warm, very much business like. They didn’t offer me the welcoming tea, I had to search for it myself. It was nice of them holding our luggage before checking in time and delivered to room. I grabbed the Atrium Room with balcony. Room was very nicely equipped. Deep soaker tub, separate toilet. The bed and pillows were some of the best I’ve slept on during my time in Japan.
