"Convenient Location, Excellent Service, and a Great Stay! The Royal Park Haneda Hotel’s location was very easy to find! Upon arriving, we simply exited baggage claim and walked directly to the hotel, which is conveniently located in Terminal 3’s departure lobby. There is a restaurant accessible through the hotel corridors, but if you’re looking for more dining options, there’s an escalator right outside the hotel exit that leads to a variety of eateries and shops. This was especially convenient for guests arriving at the airport. Another big plus was the complimentary toiletries provided by the hotel. In addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they offered individually packaged toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair ties, body towels, hair combs, shavers, shaving cream, and cotton swabs. This was a thoughtful touch and especially helpful for our family of four! Room had 4 twin size beds and there was enough room to open luggage’s and still walk around them The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. Customer service was excellent, and the staff were patient, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient airport hotel!"

"Hotel is easily accessible from Shin Urayasu station. There’s a Lawson right at the entrance. Fun stuff at the lobby to entertain young kids. A Welcome Lounge for guests that serves free drinks and some snacks opens in the afternoon until 11pm. Hotel runs a shuttle to Disneyland and sea. Rooms are quiet. Love the toilet which have separate area for bath, toilet bowl and sink. This ensures everyone can still use something, no worries even if someone wants to soak in the tub after a long day."

"Beautiful hotel in the new Oimachi Tracks development from JRE. Very clean, friendly staff, and nice rooms. Location is great too with shops in the complex, and easy connectivity to all of Tokyo via Oimachi station. Highly recommend!"

"My trip consists of 6 different hotels. I loved this hotel. It was clean, bright, and well themed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. The laundry process was awesome!You could see what machines were available, and what status your own wash was at without leaving your room. Luggage forwarding was conveniently in house. It was especially apparent where our next hotel didn’t have the service aespecially"

"The property was close to attractions and easily accessible by the Disney resort monorail. My only complaints were lack of coffee service until 7am (unless you want a $35-40 buffet breakfast) and the beds (very firm boarding hard and small)"
