"We had a wonderful week in room 703! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was great and accommodating about assigning us a room further away from the night club. Much appreciated! The location and ease of access to so much is nothing short of amazing. So amazing that it makes up for the handful of shortcomings Hotel Indigo had. The things that bugged us: The overhead shower head didn’t work, only the adjustable handheld shower head. The overhead one did however drip really cold water on us while showering with hot water from the other nozzle. Easy to avoid by standing in a certain spot, but not preferable. Our air conditioning unit needed to be fixed on our second day there. That made the room a lot more comfortable, but it also caused the unit to a lot of rattling sounds. It didn’t bother us much, but I could see it bothering others. I think the hotel as a whole could be improved by having filtered water available at more locations than just the fitness center, (even just the lobby) and maybe a few more floors with access to ice machines. The location was too perfect to let these small things bother us very much. As a relatively low maintenance guest, I’d give Hotel Indigo a solid 4/5 stars. Wouldn’t take much to get me to 5."
