We had a pleasant stay for 5 nights and when we had concerns they were quickly addressed or explained. Would stay again! Loved the fridge, microwave and dishwasher so we could save money and eat in sometimes.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I asked to change my room as there was a new carpet which was giving off a very strong smell and I ended up with an even better room: really comfortable and spacious. Also got a great night’s sleep as this hotel has good soundproof ling plus a free breakfast.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It seem clean and had everything we needed. We stayed on a studio suite with my family of five. If I had to change something about it, I would just say maybe the pullout sofa and the beds to be a little softer but that does not stop me from staying here again this would be our next stay again when we’re back in New York.
