"We had a wonderful week in room 703! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was great and accommodating about assigning us a room further away from the night club. Much appreciated! The location and ease of access to so much is nothing short of amazing. So amazing that it makes up for the handful of shortcomings Hotel Indigo had. The things that bugged us: The overhead shower head didn’t work, only the adjustable handheld shower head. The overhead one did however drip really cold water on us while showering with hot water from the other nozzle. Easy to avoid by standing in a certain spot, but not preferable. Our air conditioning unit needed to be fixed on our second day there. That made the room a lot more comfortable, but it also caused the unit to a lot of rattling sounds. It didn’t bother us much, but I could see it bothering others. I think the hotel as a whole could be improved by having filtered water available at more locations than just the fitness center, (even just the lobby) and maybe a few more floors with access to ice machines. The location was too perfect to let these small things bother us very much. As a relatively low maintenance guest, I’d give Hotel Indigo a solid 4/5 stars. Wouldn’t take much to get me to 5."

"Honest review here, you are getting what you paid for; in a positive way. The hotel is a great area for exploring new foods, attractions and next to sub stations that make travel easier. The room, at least mine for a single travel was just what I needed, a bed, A/C and private bathroom (small), but it worked. I was on the main floor (thankfully) if not be prepared to walk up stairs (no elevator) *so think about that when packing and or when reserving a room. Ray’s Pizza downstairs is good, price point is comparable to other places, so if you need a bite after a day or night out, grab a slice before heading to your room. Honestly, WALK, the scenery is worth every mile; it beats being underground. I’ll visit again and look at the St Marks."
