This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at so far! It is beautiful! It’s in a great location! The rooms were always clean and windows had the best views on the city! I cannot recommend this enough! Check out the rooftop bar, don’t miss it!!!

Check in was extremely simple, room was clean, and had everything as described. The staff was also very friendly. Location is also perfect! The Bowery subway station is literally around the corner which made our commute to and from the airport a breeze. Lots of cafes, restaurants and delis nearby, even laundromats! Awesome stay!

Great location and good no-frills rooms for solo travellers. Room could use a little bit of touching up but was cleaned very well. Lobby gets quite busy as they also market it as a co-working space. Rooftop bar has great views, but would be nicer if hotel guests could use it as a general space to relax rather than just as a bar.

We loved our stay at the CitizenM. The biggest draw before coming was the huge common space downstairs. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with our 5 year old and he had space to play and watch some TV (because most people around us were always working from the area) Jose at the coffee/bar was always super friendly and helpful...Mally (spelling) was so helpful with our room and just a friendly face throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again and definitely will on our next visit. Also, bonus, very near subway access!! That's a plus.
