"The Mitsui Hotel Group have some of the best hotels in all of Japan. The staff was very friendly and spoke really good English. The room was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I opted for the room with the washer and dryer and was able to wash everything during my trip there. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the shower room is my favorite thing about Japan as well as their toilets. The public bath was very clean and comfortable especially after a long day of exploring. I had never been so relaxed before in a hotel than I did here. Everything was so comfortable and convenient.
