"Fantastic hotel experience. Many wonderful touches and gestures that made a memorable traditional feeling stay. Rooms and bathrooms exceptional. Service a little out of touch with international high end hotel norms and protocols, but overall highly recommended. "

"Check in was very easy and automated on site. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a Lawson's in the hotel as we did not have the breakfast included option. Appreciated the self service laundry machines. Room was fine, we were three adults in 3 beds and had some space, beds just okay. Loved this location, lots of train options and tons of dining and shopping right outside our door. Would stay here again for location."
"Kind and helpful staff, conveniently located within a short walking distance to Tokyo Station, and delicious breakfast buffet! We look forward to returning!"
"This is the best hotel ever stayed, for family of 5 (6,12 & 15 years old) staff is super nice and welcome. Drug store, foods, 7/11, Starbucks, & family mart just down stair. Train station is close by, Tokyo dome just 5-8 min walk. Highly recommended. "
"Very convenient location, comfortable hotel, spacious room as well, great service. Felt very safe and comfortable staying here. it's also located in a great spot in Ginza, with two train stations very closeby. "
"Lovely, clean hotel in a perfect location, just outside of Tokyo Station on the Nihombashi/Yaesu side. I liked how the hotel is on floors 27-34 of a high rise which gave it a very safe and cosmopolitan feel. The views are awesome even if you’re not in a “train view” room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, aiming to please at every turn. Very family-friendly, as previous reviewers have noted, but be careful when booking: there are no cots or fold-out couches at this property and rooms with two beds have full-sized beds, not queen beds. Therefore, our family of three (two adults, one child) needed to upgrade to a triple which is a room with three full-sized beds. "
