"The hotel stay was overall great, we enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect. Only downfall was the customer service, the front desk was short and didn’t have clear answers when we asked questions. They seemed clueless and also tired. It was a busy week/weekend and a holiday but the customer service can use some improvement. We would be back and would interact less with the staff next time. The rooms were clean, smelled clean and had the basic amenities needed. They do give you a bottle of wine of your choice when you check in. Station House looked way better than all the other hotels around the area. The pool area could be alittle more clean but again, overall it was a great stay! "

The resort also offers various amenities, including a fitness center. Overall, Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would consider returning in the future."
