Enjoyed my 2 night stay. For what I paid it was worth it loved that it was walking distance to some delicious restaurants. Overall pretty good would stay here again.

Decent value for the money. Staff at the desk friendly during check-in. Everything fairly convenient. Not super fancy. But, good place to sleep. Heads up… They advertise breakfast is included, but there’s not much there for breakfast.

This was our first time staying here. Our room (#221) was very nice. Big, with a couch and an area with a table and chairs. The bed was big and very comfortable. Big dressing area and nice bathroom. The one thing disappointing was breakfast. It was skimpy - hardly any choices. But, all-in-all we plan to stay here every time we visit Carson City. Our new go to place.

Great location, nice staff, could use a bit of an upgrade, but it was a pretty comfortable stay. Housekeeping didn’t come in even though I had the placard on my door for them to do so, that was a disappointment but all in all it was fine. I would stay here again.

The property is in a good location overall. There are a few hikes in Carson City close by, and it's a reasonable drive to South Lake Tahoe. My main complaint was finding what looked like cockroaches in the bedroom. The included breakfast was also a bit misleading. It wasn't bad, but it didn't match how it was advertised: just bread, coffee, cereal, and yogurt. There was orange juice, but it ran out before I could get any.

We stayed in an accessible room and it was very roomy and comfortable. Like many older buildings, access to outlets for devices to recharge was limited, but we managed. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and 4 cup coffee pot. The mattress was a little soft but we had a good night sleep. The included Continental breakfast was better than almost any I've seen. Oiko high protein individual yogurts, apples and oranges that were fresh and high quality, and three kinds of cold cereal. There is ample parking and a relaxed vibe.

I stayed at the Hardman House for 3 nights. All the staff was so helpful & kind. David in particular explained all the amenities & answered any questions we had. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was a quick grab and go they offered cereal , orange juice , toast , yogurt and oranges and apples. The parking was very easy and accessible they offered underground, outside of the hotel and outside on the street as well.Overall the room I booked met my expectations. My stay here was great. I will definitely be coming back to Hardman Hotel when visiting Carson City. Thank You Hardman Hotel Team for making my stay welcoming.

It was an overall wonderful experience. It was a last minute decision to stay in Carson City and im so happy we ended up in this unique inn with so much character. Kind staff and a nice little bit to eat on your way out. Would definitely recommend. ✨️

Staff was great! Very courteous and helpful. Hotel and rooms could be cleaner/updated - marks on walls and floors, 1 bedspread was stained, ripped curtains, furniture old and dingy, shower stained/discolored. But, this is an older property and we were not expecting perfection. Beds were comfortable, shower had hot water, and everything worked. TV was a little funny to operate but still better than no TV! Parking was tight but we came during a holiday weekend so they were full. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean, thee staff very friendly and the parking was easy to maneuver either outside or the parking under the building. For a senior it was real helpful having luggage carts.

It is a very quiet hotel. The bed was new and comfy. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. It is an old hotel with low ceilings in the hall and in need of new hall carpet. It is a family owned and operated property which they are working on renovating. I don’t think that is a negative, just what it is. Very pleasant place to stay and in a great location in Carson City.

Staff was helpful, overall the room was clean. Carpets in hallways, and in room can use a little freshening up. The A/c was pretty loud, so we slept with it off. The door lock/hinge to our room kept malfunctioning. Would not allow to close door properly at times. The mini fridge was broken, so would not cool at all. Luckily they had an ice maker on the 1st floor, We added ice to our backpack cooler to keep our snacks/drinks cool. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, etc.

I have stayed here many years ago for work and it was a nice place offering homemade cookies in the afternoon. Fast forward to 2026, this place needs a huge facelift and renovation. Toilets barely flush, I can blow harder than the a/c and the room truly never got comfortable. Very disappointed but location was great!
