"One of the things that was a significant bummer was that the pool closed at 6. After a hectic vacation, and seeing the fabulous pool offerings, our family was hoping to end our trip with a chunk of relaxation time at the pool. But the fact that it closed at 6 put a big damper on those plans. So many other hotels have pools that stay open until 10:00, so I was genuinely surprised by this. Travelers who are excited by the idea of swimming would be helped by this information! "

"Knowing the whole process of checking in should be explained. I didn’t anticipate NOY being in the main hotel! I paid for a King Room and my husband and I were put in a Double Queen room. That's not so bad BUT there was a whole in the carpet, no coffee machine, the provided Shampoo/ Conditioner was empty, and when I was showering, it was cleaned well enough because there was soap residue on the portion you would put your body wash....I honestly didn't know what it was until I saw it in the shape of the small round soaps that are provided. Additionally, no iron and no option to stream services, and the smell that permeates the air! I love curry bit don't want to smell it as soon as I walk in. More to the point, I felt like we were put in the guest house or mother- in- law's quarters! No stars and I barely if at all had contact with staff. 0 out of 10! Would not recommend!"

"There was hair in the restroom floor and make me feel as if the rest of the room was not clean. No mini refrigerator in the room which was very disappointing. "

"Cons: Upon arrival during check in there was an extra fee of $125. They do not provide toothpaste :( and parking is $34 daily. The pool was not open or under construction. They do not clean room daily. Pros: staff is helpful. Hotel smells great. Room is nice and roomy. Over all clean."

"The best part of this place is the location. Unfortunately it reeks of sewage in several areas such as the route to rideshare, certain floors, even the spa has some lingering sewage scents. The other issue is the bathroom. The water temperature didn’t get past warm. Other reviews mentioned this as well with no resolution. Also, I spent 2 nights thinking there wasn’t any body wash only to realize it was labeled as lotion. It’s a hot mess."
