LOVE this Hilton property! Everything about it was wonderful. We can’t wait to stay there again! That parking and check-in were easy! Our studio room was perfect… spacious, clean, comfortable beds. My seven year-old daughter loved central common area in the middle, so much space with families, enjoying the outdoor space and kids running around playing with other children. Great, safe space we enjoyed and allowed us to meet other guest. Free laundry facilities on each floor was appreciated. The convenient location was perfect to explore all that Tahoe had to offer. I truly fell in love with this property and will definitely stay there again.

Nice, clean room facilities. Lovely outdoor facilities like the fire pits and outdoor pool. However our stay was tarnished by unhelpful reception staff not honouring our written proof that we were entitled to complimentary self parking within the hotel grounds, (as we had Hilton membership). Needless to say we were charged $30 per day for parking, and told we were only allowed the valet option for parking our car. Great location, neat location to stay. Rooms were clean, but aged. Furniture is old and pretty beat up. We stayed with young kids and went to bed around 8. The way the location is laid out the courtyard is great for kids playing and adults go hangout, but the drawback is it is loud so made it hard to get our kids to sleep.
