"Construction on the 6th floor where they housed most the guests . Loud voices in the hall yelling at each other. Fire alarm goes off at 630 am Thursday and no one has anything to say about it so we’re all just standing in the hallway looking for the stairs which weren’t clearly marked . Finally some idiot construction worker just said it’s nothing . No sorry for waking you up or anything . Felt really scared after that bc what if there had been a fire. Very strange property . Nothing to do downtown except wish you weren’t downtown . I’ll never go to Reno again ."
"The hotel is clean and the staff was very good about helping us navigate our way around. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Some areas such as the elevators are a little run down and could use some sprucing up. Overall we like it and would return."
