"Strategic location, offer plenty of restaurant, food stall, which is easy to settle your meal for those who travel for business and need a quick bite. Hotel condition too old, recommended to renovate. "
"Great location at Gaya Street with night market & morning market selling many interesting foodstuffs and wares. Convenient as many dining shops nearby with Chinese, Malay & Western food easily available. Hotel is clean & eco-friendly with hospitable staff. Will definitely stay here again."
"Not bad not great. The place needs some upkeep, but they trying.
You can tell at one time this was a very nice place, but that was a time ago. The beach is nice and the AC worked for the most part.
There is limited dining close by. And we did see a couple cockroaches in the place. One was huge.
For what we were doing on vacation I think I would have been happier staying at the Marriott in KK for MYR 20 less a night. "
"Awesome location to enjoy the Saturday & Sunday Gaya Market. Comfortable with basic facilities. Highly recommend if you're planning to explore the nearby area."
"Extremely basic.Dont spoil your holiday by staying here. No bodywash or shampoo supplied. Just a dispenser on the wall dispensing a "2 in 1" something which you are supposed to use.. No hairdryer, no ironing board. No anything. To enjoy your holiday, stay somewhere else."

"It was great hotel. Staffs were friendly and room was nice and spacious. One thing though, even after I showed them and email about the 10 MYR per night tourism tax will be paid by Expedia at Check in, they still asked me again to pay at check out. It didn't happend at my other hotel, Le Meridien at all. Other than that, it was great stay. "
"Hotel could arrange complementary airport transfer both ways even late evening (after midnight) and early morning (at 03:00 am). It was very convenient for me to move."
