"The rooms were comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. We had problems with our TV and the staff tried solve the problem. Unfortunately, the TV could not be repaired. We were asked to change rooms. An inconvenience. No compensation was offered to us. "

"This location was close to events, dining, shopping, and things to do. The room is large and beds were comfortable. Street noise was loud, but we slept through it fine. They were under construction in the lobby, and I think that's why breakfast was pretty limited. Overall, we would stay again."

"Second time staying at Newpark Resort. They were very helpful accommodating me with an early check-in. Had a little issue with the room and Newpark Resort got us into a new room that was fantastic. Really appreciate their effort. Would stay here again. "
