"We stayed at this hotel when we eloped to Moab. It’s been renovated beautifully, the room was spacious, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant, very close to shops and restaurants, all walkable. Then a short drive to Arches National Park and others. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, so can’t comment on those but everything else was good and I’d recommend it."

"Obvious that this hotel is getting quite old. A little bit of an older smell in the building and the room. The shower was quite small and didn’t drain at all, water was above my ankles after just a few minutes. There also was not any plastic ware in the room. Called room service and they said it would be a delivery charge to deliver two spoons to the room so I had to walk over to the main building to get some spoons. It was an ok stay for the night we needed it but there are for sure better options for a comparable place in the downtown salt lake area. "

"Breakfast was Great, good hearty hot meal with waffle maker! Great start to a day of hiking! There is no elevator so plan accordingly It has only 2 levels At end of a long hike day it took a little to get up that flight. There is no in room coffee maker if that's how you start your day ... however they do have coffee in the lobby"

"I didn’t care for the Ponderosa building. I had requested the main lodge and when we arrived we were placed in another building. The staff at the desk told me if you reserve through Expedia it wasn’t an option. Very disappointed."
