The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room. "Literally in front of terminal 3,unfortunately you cannot walk across the busy highway easily. Good thing there’s a shuttle available,just make sure you schedule ahead. Rooms are clean,staff very approachable and friendly. Breakfast is awesome,lots of variety. "
