Within walking distance from the hotel is a shopping center with whatever you want, with many shops and restaurants. Although a busy area, the walking around the neighborhood is reasonably safe. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and with good service and a nice breakfast buffet. Plus very friendly people and service staff.

I stayed here for a week in October. Lots of Rain! The room was very comfortable. Staff were very responsive. The room was a very good value. I only checked-out because the nightly rate almost doubled. I would gladly return to this property.

Hotel Elizabeth was very nice, particularly the lobby set up.with a nice restaurant, bar, and outstanding service. Also the live acoustic music is wonderful and happens 6 nights a week.

This is my second time staying here. I really enjoy there breakfast buffet its the best hotel breakfast. I love staying here for a couple of nights when first arriving to Cebu. When visiting Cebu and Bohol start your vacation right by staying here.

Convenient to dining and around the city. They need seating area in the lobby (if not you sit in their bar/dining area). Shower curtains needs to replaced and scrub the walls of the shower walls. Other than that, staff are friendly (excellent service) and buffet breakfast has lots of choices including omelet bar.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. The shower water pressure was very high and very hot. That alone gets a 5-star. However, the food quality (ie the fish products) from their restaurant needs to be better managed.

The attentiveness of the service staff was great. The spaciousness of the room and it's layout were very good. The loop into the hotel made ride pickup and drop off very easy. The breakfast was amazing(at least for my stay). I didn't add it during my booking but purchased morning of and was glad i did. A walk to Ayala Terraces and many nearby eateries. This may become my staple when visiting.

The staff and guest service was amazing. This made up for the dated-ness of the furniture and the room. Unfortunately, we experience tiny cockroaches that came out of the bathroom drain. Hence the lower score on cleanliness. We weren't too freaked out but other guest in the future may well be. We would definitely still recommend this hotel to family and friends staying in Cebu City.

I have stayed at this property many times over the last seven years and found the staff to be excellent. The hotel is rather aged, but they do their best to keep it looking as good as possible. Breakfast on some days is superb and other days, often lacking of food selection, and often times they do not refill in a timely fashion. I am surprised that they can have anywhere from 30 to 150 people, dining for breakfast, and yet they have one small toaster that can handle two pieces of bread. The restaurant staff is very pleasant and efficient and keep the area very clean. I keep coming back because it's the kind of hotel that can make you feel at home. One of the best highlights is the Ayala Center Mall is just a three minute walk and a very large metro grocery store that has absolutely everything at your fingertips. Sometimes breakfast is included in the room charge and other times it is not depending on who you book with and what rate you can find online on third-party websites. But the cost of the breakfast is very reasonable. Should you have to pay and very young children are often charge only once for two children. The location is very centralized and convenient. Are they 24 hour 7-Eleven store just a three minute walk away? The biggest highlight is the front desk, staff and supervisors as they are fast and efficient and pleasant and helpful as can be. The hotel is very safe are they doorman 24 hours a day and the porters are efficient and pleasant.
