All the staff that we talked too, met were very friendly and helpful. They greet you everytime with a smile. We also enjoyed the eat you can breakfast on the rooftop! Will stay again!

Good customer service. Clean room. However, we check in for 3pax (2 adults 1 child 9yo) breakfast included only for 2 adults, and we pay extra for a child on regular price P320 which is I don’t think it is worth it, since my 9yo doesn’t eat that much. There’s free parking if you’re travelling with vehicle.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk to the mall and to sessions Road. They have a great rooftop breakfast buffet that is always a wind. And the rooms are comfortable.

City lights hotel

Hotel is clean, staff are helpful but beds are very firm/hard but still decent sleep. Also missing a mini fridge especially when staying more than a few days but in fairness it’s a good value hotel.

Just a average stay. Lots of papers in rooms can be explained during c/in. Breakfast buffet less selections. Chicken wing’s dressing should not be just mayonnaise or ketchup. No power outlets on bed side table , no table lamps . Entrance security guards are friendly and helpful.

What we didn’t like- no refrigerator, no ice machine had to call to request, lighting in the bathroom is dim. The water in the shower does not drain much, it took a day. What we like- walkable to Session Rd, Cathedral and SM. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Place was clean , good breakfast buffet

Close to sessions road , walking distance to many places. Staff were professional. Place was clean , nothing fancy as far as decor or furniture, has just what you need . A cupule of issues , the toilet has a foot flush I pressed it down only a little water went down , need to keep foot on the flusher until it flushes all the way . Another thing was the shower. There was a sign to heat water to turn all the left and wait 10- 15 minutes. .when time I turned on the shower , the water was trickling out of the shower head low water pressure. Attempted to adjust, the water pressure only better if it was turned all the way to cold , so I was unable to wash my hair because did not want to use cold water and if I used hot or warm the water pressure would have not been enough to get the shampoo or conditioner out of my hair. There is an included breakfast buffet which was very good , many choices to choose from , traditional filipino breakfast food , pancit , variety of pastries and desserts, there was a station were they were making eggs , omelets and pancakes.

Right at the heart of the city, walking distance to the mall, cathedral, Burnham Park and restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the room is big enough for four people. The live music at night is very entertaining. The entrance/reception is inviting but the overall condition of the building is old and needs renovation. The bed is too firm, the water in the shower is too weak, and the walls doesn’t have soundproofing.

Clean, walking distance to session road. Staffs are not very accomodating you have to ask them multiple times before they attend to your request. Toilet and Shower pressure is too low. Buffet breakfast is good.

Great hotel very convenient to center city and walkable to many dining options plus SM Mall. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast upstairs was great, inexpensive a nice start to the day of sightseeing. Only drawback was in middle of college area and seen and many young people using the facilities we which ok but at times noisy. Also try to avoid second floor due to banquet facilities in lower level make it a bit noisy in evenings. All and all a great value and superior staff, my wife and I stayed 5 nights and would come back.
