Excellent stay overall. The staff were outstanding and consistently provided warm, attentive service throughout my visit. The facilities were well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient-close to Festive Walk, making it easy to access dining and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything: from the warm welcome from your staff to the cleanliness of the room. The staff are super nice and helpful. They made my bestfriend’s & I stayed fabulous! And Miles from housekeeping was extremely polite and very nice. He even wrote us a lovely letter which we were so delighted by his work ethics and him taking time to send a lovely note.

It was very noisy in my room, I can hear the people across me talking so loudly and them knocking on the door. My room was on the city side and the traffic keeps on waking me up. I enjoyed the hot shower though and the staff of the hotel were very attentive.
