"The Hyatt Centric was a retreat from fast paced kinetic energy of Hong Kong. The rooms were clean and comfortable and and the location to access rapid transit is fantastic. The check in and out was efficent and courteous. We also really enjoyed the fitness center which had modern and well cared for equipment with a view of the city. Wow!"

"The service is excellent. All the staffs there are very helpful and they really go out of their way making sure that we get what we want. This hotel is located at the Victoria Habor that make it a plus for my stayed, except they don't have a lot of choices about the restaurants. It's a little inconvenient for foods lover like me, but to make up for that i got the best view of the Harbor and all the shoppings are near by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staffs, especially to the hotel managers who really tried to make sure our stayed are comfortable and relaxing vacation while we are in Hongkong. "
