"Valet and bell service were excellent and prompt. Although I enjoyed my stay, there were too many people in one place because of the many towers. If you want less crowd, peace and quiet, this is not the place. Driving to the registration area was challenging and congested. Glad to have experienced this place but it is not my vibe. Restaurants were too expensive. "

"I had a pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel. First of all, breakfast was included, and I was impressed by the kindness of Rowena, Park, and Sean, who work in the restaurant. I believe they embody the hotel's image. They were the first people I met each day, and they made our day enjoyable. The room was also cleaned daily, which was more pleasant than at other hotels, making for a pleasant stay. If I ever visit Hawaii again, I'd love to stay here again."

However great for a morning/evening walk, can watch sunset, walkable to food trucks, restaurants, pharmacy etc. *Hotel is well maintained and clean *Concierge service is there for showers/washroom after check out if your flight is in the evening or night which we have utilized "
