"The property is beautifully maintained and very serene. I loved being close to both the ocean and the pool with the little one being the priority.
The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter.
Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be. Management spoke to me and I know that they are trying, but it was a disappointment, especially when you’re so far from other dining establishments. Housekeeping also fell down in quality after the first 4 days. Coffee supplies but refilled, towels not replaced and the room wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed on several occasions. One day, the room was made up and turn down showed up at the same time, 4:30.
