"Absolutely loved Atlantis. Our favorite was the dolphin experience. Absolutely worth the money. We’ve done two dolphin experiences at other places and this one was by far the best. Happy dolphins and happy trainers. The beaches were clean, the restaurants were great and best of all, you can drink the tap water in your room and they have bottle refill stations through out. Multiple pools and we always found available loungers. The loungers have a shade cover which was very useful but some were broken. Getting towels was very easy and convenient, no need to bring one to exchange one, you get unlimited towels. We had a Harbour View at the Reef. Not only did we have a view of the harbour, we had a view of the ocean from the balcony and the Dolphin Cay! Every morning we watched the dolphins from the balcony with our coffee. Absolutely loved our trip. "

"I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding the utterly unacceptable experience my husband and I endured during our recent stay at the British Colonial Hotel in Nassau, Bahamas, from March 18th to March 23rd. What was intended to be a much-needed restorative and celebratory getaway turned into an absolute nightmare, profoundly impacting our health, well-being, and marital relationship. We had chosen this hotel with the expectation of a luxurious and serene retreat, particularly significant as we were celebrating a dear friend's 60th birthday and, more importantly, seeking a period of respite and recovery following my recent, terrifying diagnosis of a brain tumor. Our hopes were high, anticipating the beautiful resort and spacious, ocean-view accommodations advertised online. Upon our late arrival on March 18th, our initial assigned room was uninhabitable due to a pervasive and nauseating odor of rotten fish. We were asked to wait while the room was supposedly cleaned, only to be moved to a different room later. This room, however, presented a new set of distressing issues: it was devoid of basic amenities such as toilet paper, the floors were visibly dirty, and the overall impression was one of neglect. "

"Breakfast was fresh every day; Eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, few pastries, waffles, toast and coffee. Dinner service on one night -- service very slow and food disappointing, and expensive. We did find 2 good restaurants (food/service) in Nassau. PROBLEM with daily updating of ATLANTIS wristbands. Was an inconveniently long walk every day to have wristbands updated with LONG lines to wait on. IDEALLY, the Wristband Desk should be AT the Comfort Suites OR in the CORAL TOWER lobby. We 3 were 60-70+ and had not expected the LONG walk to the wristband desk and then a mile to access the Cove Beaches. Just my opinion"

"The property itself is extremely clean and well maintained, though it may benefit from some updates in the future. That said, what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. I wish I could recognize each person by name because the level of service was consistently outstanding across the board. I genuinely cannot express how grateful we are. We traveled from the U.S. with two young children and were initially a bit nervous about the unknown, but our stay turned out to be absolutely lovely. From the concierge to the pool staff, everyone was highly professional and well trained. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"
